.:. discover / the Milan Expo
May 1st through October 31, 2015
You buy your tickets, queue, meander through the pavilions of nearly one-hundred-and-fifty countries, and finally pay a tribute to the Expo shops. Ok, it's just a mass event. But even glitterati can't seriously think about snobbing it at all.
Tickets can be purchased
on line, or perhaps at the Expo Gate
just in front of the Sforza Castle. You can buy tickets open date, but choosing a definite day is advisable. You might happen to reach the Expo on a day when the site is sold out, and you can't enter.
If you opt for a Night Ticket
, at only Euro 5
, be aware that by the time you're allowed to enter, from 7pm, only restaurants are still on duty. Pavilions, instead, are closed.
A virtual 3D visit
is anyway feasible.
