September 19 through 27, 2017
afternoons and evenings

For several years now, the previews of many films just screened at the Cannes, Venice and Locarno film festivals have become routine events in the Milan cultural panorama. Starting from 2013, the same has begun happening for the Torino Film Festival, too.
.:. This time, a selection from Venice and Locarno is screened, and the final program is available here. Not to be missed, anyway, Jusqu’à la garde by Xavier Legrand, La villa by Robert Guédiguian, Mektoub, My Love by Abdellatif Kechiche, Victoria & Abdul by Stephen Frears, This is Congo by Daniel McCabe, La mélodie by Rachid Hami, and Ex Libris The New York Public Library by Frederick Wiseman.
.:. Beyond the Apollo, some more theaters involved in the initiative are the Anteo (Via Milazzo 9, Brera district), the Arlecchino (Via San Pietro all’Orto 9, Vittorio Emanuele district), the Colosseo (Viale Monte Nero 84, Porta Vittoria district) and the Mexico (Via Savona 57, Navigli district), among others.
.:. Cinecards can be purchased at the Apollo, the Arcobaleno and the Colosseo, as well as on line, starting from Friday, September 15.
