The largest theme park in Italy, in many ways comparable to Disneyland but with a touch of Italian taste that no Northerner can provide. As the slogan goes, "At Gardaland fantasy becomes a live show... and there's always a show!". The location is itself appealing, close to the largest Italian lake. Along the no. 11 road towards Lake Garda you find another place that is perfect for children, the Prehistoric Park at Rivolta d'Adda. Its greenery is populated by giant fiberglass reproductions of dinosaurs, triceratopses and the like.		East of Milan. Some 150 km from the city. Take highway A4 E64 to Peschiera del Garda (km 147), then follow the signs to Gardaland.
