The Turin International Book Fair is celebrating its 36th edition. The focus this year is on Vita immaginaria. Hadn't writers ever thought of an "Imaginary life" of their own, perhaps they wouldn't have considered literary creation.

Some of the most renown authors called to discuss their work are Abdulrazak Gurnah who was awarded the 2021 Nobel Prize in Literature, the American writer Elizabeth Strout, biographer Alexandra Lapierre from France, publisher Antoine Gallimard, and The New York Times past editor Jill Abramson, plus Italians like film director Paolo Sorrentino, singer Gianni Morandi, and writer Domenico Starnone.
