Started off quietly dozens of year ago, and later patronised by the Milan City Council, the Milano Film Festival celebrates its 22nd edition. A plethora of films and shorts, with an eye to the emerging themes on the domestic and international research scene, plus documentaries that depict crimes, injustice and slaughters under the banner of freedom, security and religion.
.:. Don't miss Mark Gill's England is Mine, Julian Rosenfeldt's Manifesto (starring Cate Blanchett) and Kogonada's Columbus.
.:. Events and projections are scheduled not only at the BASE, but also at the MUDEC nearby (Via Tortona 56) and at the Cinema Ducale (Piazza Napoli 27).
