Archivi aperti
October 16 through 25, 2020

The photographic memory of a city like Milan is extremely wide, and a good deal of it is kept in professional or institutional archives hardly open to the public. Thanks to the Rete fotografia network, some forty of them can now be accessed, either in person or on streaming.
.:. Any names? Milan's Cathedral, the City itself, the Museum of Science and Technology, the Italian Touring Club, the Triennale, regional utilities like a2a, plus the collections of celebrated professionals like Gabriele Basilico, Lelli e Masotti or the Giancolombo photo agency.
.:. Streamed round tables - in Italian, of course - discuss the initiative and its roots. Also in Italian only are a complete list of participants and the calendar.
