In order to fight any further diffusion of Covid-19, people are advised to be very cautious when meeting others, even outdoor. A distance of a meter or so must be kept - and a face mask (better if surgical) worn - in case of any personal encounters.
.:. Though Milan and Lombardy are still at risk, some behaviours are allowed. Starting from Monday, April 26 shops are at work, bars and restaurants may serve outdoor (indoor, cautiously, till 6pm), and museums, theaters and cinemas begin to operate again. Shopping malls still closed during the weekends. No evenings with friends: four people max. Curfew 10pm-5am anyway.

As it did last year on May 18, starting from this year's April 26 the Poldi Pezzoli is again the first Milanese museum to open again to visitors after a lockdown, obviously complying to the current post-Covid-19 guidelines.
.:. Gian Giacomo Poldi Pezzoli, the founder of this illustrious house museum, came from one of Milan's oldest, most cultured and most well-endowed families. The Poldi Pezzoli collection was gradually gathered together in the building which still houses it today.
.:. There are paintings by Pollaiolo, Botticelli, Mantegna, Giovanni Bellini, Piero della Francesca, Cosmè Tura, Foppa, Solario, Luini, Boltraffio, Cesare da Sesto, Fra' Galgario, Bergognone, Guardi, Canaletto, and Tiepolo.
