The Teatro alla Scala Orchestra and Lyric Opera Soloists of the Teatro alla Scala Academy conducted by Marco Alibrando – reputed to be one of the most interesting Italian conductors of the new generation – perform L’elisir d’amore by Gaetano Donizetti on a libretto by Felice Romani, a new Teatro alla Scala production. Performances through September 16.
.:. Staging by Maria Mauti, sets by Marco Rossi, costumes by Nicoletta Ceccolini, lights by Peter Van Praet, and choreographic movements by Stefania Ballone. Cristóbal Campos Marin, a student at the Teatro alla Scala Academy, sings as Nemorino.
