Fondazione Prada’s Cinema Godard explores the cinematic landscape of the present and past through a wide-ranging and articulated program selected by Paolo Moretti, which takes the form of an ongoing festival in constant evolution. The March program includes special screenings, premieres, and meetings with prominent and emerging figures in Italian and international cinema.

The section includes a review of the director's most important films that illustrate the evolution of his cinematographic production: from his debut film The Bird with the Crystal Plumage, which redefined the Italian thriller genre, to the horror and thriller masterpieces Deep Red, Suspiria and Phenomena, up to his latest feature film Black Glasses, presented at the 2022 Berlin Film Festival.

The #AR focus is dedicated to the work of Mexican director Alonso Ruizpalacios, who will present his latest film La cocina on Friday 21 March. #Anteprima presents Soundtrack to a Coup d’Etat by Johan Grimonprez, Agent of Happiness by Arun Bhattarai and Dorottya Zurbó, and Transmazonia by Pia Marais.
