Dear Sir or Madam

We are a tour operator from [...]. We offer trips to lots of different destinations throughout Europe, such as Rotterdam, Milano, London, and Paris. In order for our customers to find their way around, we give them city maps at our own expense as a service. For our tour to Milano over New Year’s Eve we still need some city maps (about 100-120). Could you send us some, and if yes, how many? Would they be free, or what would the charge be?

Generally speaking, however, please take note that CiaoMilano is not any official tourist information center and consequently we don't have any printed material to send.
